Project Overview

Located at Queensbridge Street, Southbank VIC 3006, The Queensbridge Building is a bold architectural statement positioned at the southern edge of Melbourne’s CBD, directly overlooking the Yarra River.

Developed by Time & Place and designed by Beulah Design Collective, the project represents a new generation of high-rise residential architecture, combining sculptural form, wellness-focused living, and hotel-style amenity into a single integrated tower.

Rising approximately 64 storeys, the building comprises a limited collection of premium residential apartments, complemented by world-class lifestyle facilities including concierge services, wellness zones, and elevated communal spaces. The design responds directly to Melbourne’s skyline, river context, and urban movement, establishing a distinctive vertical identity within Southbank.
